Disclaimer: Sumvision MP3, Mulberry Innovations players
Please be aware that Gembird Electronics has nothing to do with so-called "Sumvision MP3 players" and "Mulberry Innovations MP3 players". Some companies have fraudulently put a reference to our website in their own MP3 player manuals as they do not have their own websites - this of course is totally illegal! Gembird is actively looking for importers responsible for such fraud, and will be taking all available legal measures against them. If you have any information about them or this practice, please contact us by postmaster@gmb.nl

Thank you

Q: Sound from active channel gets interrupted
A: Most probably the SoundSwitch mode is on and some audio cables coming from the KVM switch are not connected (or not properly connected) to the computers. Either connect the cables properly or disconnect them completely. Alternatively consider to disable the SoundSwitch mode.
Q: Sound from non-active channel gets interrupted
A: This can be caused by one of the following reasons:
  • The sound level from that channel is not sufficient for the reliable sound switching in SoundSwitch mode. Increase the sound volume in the Control panel of that computer. Alternatively consider to disable the SoundSwitch mode.
  • Some audio cables coming from the KVM switch are not connected (or not properly connected) to the computers. Either connect the cables properly or disconnect them completely.
